FiveM CAD is a Computer Aided Dispatch platform for FiveM roleplay communities, developed and operated by Atlantic Development. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using FiveM CAD you agree to this policy.
When you sign in via Discord OAuth2 we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar hash, and email address (if your Discord account has one verified). This is used solely to identify your account and display your name and avatar within the platform.
An encrypted session cookie is stored in your browser to keep you logged in. Session records are stored server-side in our database and are deleted when you log out or your session expires.
Data you create inside a community — characters, reports, calls, vehicles, and any file uploads — is stored on our servers and associated with your account. This data belongs to you and your community and is used solely to provide the CAD service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe provides us with a customer ID, subscription status, and billing email for account management purposes only. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Standard web server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes only.
Atlantic Development does not sell, rent, license, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or data brokering of any kind.
We share the minimum necessary data with the following parties solely to operate the service:
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Atlantic Development or our users.
Your account data is retained for as long as you have an active account. Community data is retained for as long as the community's subscription is active. If a community subscription is permanently cancelled, its data is scheduled for deletion within 90 days. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sessions are encrypted and stored server-side. We offer optional TOTP two-factor authentication for all accounts. Database access is restricted to the application server only. We do not store plaintext passwords — authentication is handled entirely through Discord OAuth2.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, or to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise any of these rights, contact Atlantic Development support via our Discord server. We will respond within 30 days.
FiveM CAD is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Use of FiveM CAD requires a Discord account, which itself requires users to be at least 13 years old per Discord's Terms of Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
